Julie Graff has 19 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, project management, and is a Registered Landscape Architect. Ms. Graff coordinates with many of LPCI’s clients at a management level to ensure the project is completed per the customer’s needs. She has worked on a wide range of projects including health care healing gardens, school facilities, university master planning, commercial design, parks, playgrounds, private residences, and environmental restoration projects. Her favorite part of any project is the challenge of bringing people together in a collaborative, effort to create enjoyable recreational environments.

Julie Graff

Barbara joined LPCI in 2001 after working as a landscape architect in Florida for fifteen years. She has a diverse background in municipal landscape and hardscape design. As a talented profession with relentless fidelity to detail, Barbara has impacted many regional cities with her streetscape design expertise. Barbara also makes contributions to many park, playground and bike/pedestrian trail projects in the region. Barbara’s responsibilities consist of meeting with clients; managing streetscape, park, and trail projects; preliminary designs for municipal approval; coordinating with government officials; preparing construction document sets; bidding services; grant writing, and construction inspection.

Barbara Tartar

Barbara is a two-time Texas Aggie, having earned a Bachelor
of Science and a Master of Landscape Architecture at Texas
A&M University, College Station. Her 20-years in the design
and construction industry has included active participation
on over 100 public and private projects. While specializing
in playground and park design, she has been active on
commercial, institutional, residential, and religious facilities.
Barbara is known for her attention to detail and a passion for
enhancing the visitor experience and the use of site-specific
plant material. This is reflected in her projects, conference
presentations and completion of a non-certification course
on natural outdoor learning spaces. As of July 2021, Barbara
will be a registered Landscape Architect in both Texas and

Barbara Peterson

Mary Wade earned her certification as an administrative professional in 2002 and has built her career serving in various administrative and management roles involving office management, employee training, human resources and bookkeeping. She attended Tulsa Community College and is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa Class 49. Mary loves exploring the community with her family, cooking, travel and fall weather.

Mary served for many years on the Tulsa Tech Office Management, advisory board; as an associate member of the Women’s Leadership Council, as a Tulsa Metro Chamber Resource Development Campaign, team captain and Tulsa Area United Way, Community Investment Panel member.

Mary Wade

Jeff has been practicing landscape architecture since 2004. His specialized professional experience includes project management, conceptual design, construction documents, construction administration for trails and parks. Additionally, he has civil expertise in site grading/drainage as well as extensive knowledge of plant materials. Jeff's primary roles are project management and construction administration working closely with clients to fulfill their needs. He brings to the company a background in landscape construction via many years of experience excellent relationships within the construction industry and an understanding of the entire construction process. This experience contributes to finding value for owners in their projects and helping contractors realize their full potential during construction.

Jeff Morales

Chris began practicing landscape architecture in southwest Colorado in 2004. His professional experience includes design and planning for parks, trails and trailheads, open space networks, drainageways, and green infrastructure for stormwater treatment. Chris integrates ecological principles into his design approach to create multi-functional landscapes and public spaces. His background in civil infrastructure and natural systems informs design solutions that are resilient, low-maintenance, and provide recreational amenities for communities. Prior to joining LandPlan, Chris worked for a variety of landscape architecture and multidisciplinary firms in the western United States, including civil engineering and ecological consulting firms. Chris is a licensed landscape architect registered in California (6259), Colorado (849), and Oklahoma (08035).

Chris Loftus

Michael earned his bachelors degree from Colorado State University and spent several years at a local Denver based firm. His experiences include master planned, amenity-based and large lot communities where mixed land uses, open space, preservation zones, all combine to form various centers within neighborhoods and communities. Since joining LPCI, Michael has been involved in a variety of project including parks, splash pads, playgrounds, streetscape master planning and trail improvements. As a project manager, he has prepared construction documents, design standards, design guidelines, Geographic Information Systems (G.I.S.) analysis and mapping, grant writing, master planning, graphics and marketing, and taken projects from concept through construction. Michael is a LEED accredited professional.

Michael Harmon

Blake earned his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Arkansas in 2013. After graduating, he worked in Houston for a couple of years before joined LandPlan in September of 2015. He has experience with the full design process, including bidding and some construction administration. Projects he has worked on include master planned communities, playgrounds, splash pads, streetscapes, trail improvements and coordinated on TAP funding for various projects.
