LandPlan collects the needed data from the City, evaluates existing conditions
and facilitates a public workshop. Input is garnered for a community wide
consensus on goals and objectives for the project.
Once the public input is
received, design guidelines are prepared, potential phases are delineated, and
public review of the emerging system is facilitated.
Potential sources of funds
available for planning and construction will then be identified. LandPlan will
identify phasing priorities and construction budgets for each phase as well as
operations and management issues.
We will assemble all the reports into a
comprehensive master plan document.
