Park Master Planning

Just like with streetscapes and trail projects, adopting a master plan for city parks is important for smart growth. Park master plans ensure the conservation of open space for all citizens to enjoy. They set standards and develop recommendations for acquiring land and developing parks. Park master plan recommendations can easily be grouped into phases to make acquisitions and implement recommendations over a period of time.
