Most of LandPlan's projects are TE projects, whether they are streetscapes or trails. In many cases, we assist cities in writing the TE grant application, as LandPlan has a thorough understanding of the transportation enhancements program, and are familiar with their requirements when building TE-21 projects. LandPlan has assisted communities secure over $38,000,000 in the last several years for a variety of project types ranging from trails to downtown redevelopment projects. During the most recent funding cycle (January 2005) for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) enhancement projects, we had a 90% success rate with our clients receiving one or more funded projects. These projects totaled over $5,000,000.
