LandPlan has improved the quality of life in

 The
City of Durant employed LandPlan to assist
with several different phases of their
downtown streetscape project. “We have
benefited from working with LandPlan
Consultants, both on the Downtown Streetscape
Master Plan, as well as on Phases I and II of
construction," said Donna Dow, Durant
Main Street Program Manager. “LandPlan
Consultants was selected because of their
extensive experience with Downtown
Streetscapes and with ODOT transportation
enhancement projects," she said.
LandPlan was a part of Phase I and Phase
II of the Durant’s streetscape projects.
Phase I included new sidewalks and amenities
for three blocks along Main Street. Phase II
focused on the historic Market Square and
improvements including landscaping, plazas,
and a stage. "These revitalization
efforts have had an overwhelmingly positive
effect on our city. We have noticed marked
improvements to individual properties since
completion. The original central business
district has taken on new life with the
implementation of our streetscape. It is a
great complement to the efforts of our
business owners, property owners, City, and
Main Street program,” Dow said.
 LandPlan Consultants was hired by the City
of Claremore several years ago to develop an
overall Citywide Trails Master Plan.
"The plan garnered so much community
support and interest that LandPlan was asked
to develop conceptual plans for Phase I of
the Master Plan," said Mark Rounds,
Claremore Director of Community Service.
LandPlan Consultants prepared an ODOT
enhancement application which resulted in
$619,460 of funding. "LandPlan guided us
through the maze of ODOT requirements and
submittals, designed our trail, and worked
with the contractor to get it built. The
trail has been a great asset to our
community, which we attribute in large part
to LandPlan for assisting our staff to
achieve success. They are a very professional
consulting group, extremely capable, and easy
to work with," Rounds said.
