    Notice to Bidders

    SEALED BIDS for project B10-25 Northeastern State University , Broken Arrow Campus Trail located on the Northeastern State University Campus in Broken Arrow , Oklahoma , will be received by Northeastern State University , Attention:  Jerry Cozby, Purchasing Agent, 601 North Grand, Tahlequah , OK 74464 .

    The B10-25 Northeastern State University , Broken Arrow Campus Trail project consists of pedestrian paving, grading, drainage, striping, site amenities, landscaping and related work located on the Northeastern State University Campus in Broken Arrow , Oklahoma .

    The Bid Submission Deadline for project B10-25 Northeastern State University, Broken Arrow Campus Trail is 10:00 AM local time June 25, 2010.

    A pre-bid conference will be held on 2:30 PM local time, June 18, 2010 for project B10-25 Northeastern State University, Broken Arrow Campus Trail at the Broken Arrow Campus, 3100 E. New Orleans Street , Broken Arrow , OK 74014 in Room #A170 of the Administration Building . 

    Beginning 1:00 PM, May 24, 2010 at LandPlan Consultants, Inc. 1110 West 23rd Street , Tulsa , Oklahoma 74107 , bidders may procure one (1) set of construction documents and bid specifications for a non-refundable cost of $45.00.  Bidding documents will be mailed upon receipt of a check in the amount of $60.00.  All checks are to be made payable to LandPlan Consultants, Inc.

    Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 AM local time June 25, 2010 for project B10-25 Northeastern State University , Broken Arrow Campus Trail at Northeastern State University , Administration Building , 601 North Grand, Tahlequah , OK 74464 .

    Bids received more than ninety six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened.  A “Bid Bond” or other bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount must accompany the submitted bid.

    The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for 100 percent of the contract amount, as security for the faithful performance of the work and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the work.

    The University reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids.  The Bidding Documents will be available for review at the following locations:
