Established in 1983, LandPlan Consultants, Inc. is a professional design firm focusing on the areas of master planning, site planning and landscape architecture. 
Our mission is to provide communities, institutions and public agencies with innovative planning and design services on select projects which improve a community's quality of life. With both municipal and public clients, LandPlan offers a diverse project portfolio with emphasis in the areas of streetscape design, urban planning, park and recreational facility design and planning, campus design and planning, bicycle and pedestrian trails, bikeways, pedestrian facilities, greenways, highway beautification and general landscape architecture.

LandPlan has designed more than 45 miles of trails and greenways in Oklahoma and master planned over 1500 miles of trails, bikeways, and greenways within Oklahoma, Missouri, and Arkansas. The firm has provided design services for over 30 downtown streetscape projects in Oklahoma and Arkansas, as well as providing streetscape master planning services for many communities. LandPlan has experience with park master plans, playgrounds, water playgrounds, and general park amenities.

LandPlan continuously fine tunes its methodology and approach to these projects. Since our first project at Whittier Square in Tulsa, we have been providing innovative approaches to provide our clients with the maximum benefit from their project dollar. QuikTrip has made this $2.8 million project a reality with funding half the project, other donations, including the George Kaiser Family Foundation, Samson Cos., Joe and Kathy Craft, the William K. Warren Foundation, the Anne and Henry Zarrow Foundation, the Mary K. Chapman Foundation, the Lobeck-Taylor Foundation, Nadel & Gussman, the John Steele Zink Foundation, Nancy E. and Peter C. Meinig, the Steven and Shelly Jackson Family Foundation, Bank of Oklahoma, SemGroup LP, Williams Cos., and Cox Communications have covered the remaining $1.4 million in costs.
