D. REAFFIRMATION OF PURPOSE AND POLICY AS PER 41 C.F.R. § 60-2.13 (a); -
250.4; -741.4
1. Reaffirmation of Policy: LandPlan Consultants, Inc. renews its commitment
annually to the principle of equal employment opportunity for its employees and
prospective employees.
2. Under the principle of equal employment opportunity, each person is
treated without discrimination in the terms, conditions and privileges of
employment on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex
(including sexual harassment), age, a disability or a basis as a
disabled/Vietnam-Era veteran. Terms, conditions, and privileges of employment
include, but are not limited to, advertisement, recruitment, hiring, promotion,
transfers, layoffs, return from layoffs, termination, compensation, benefits,

3. The President of LandPlan Consultants seeks to ensure the success of its
