POLICY (Page 2 of 3)
C. COMPLIANCE OF PERSONNEL POLICIES WITH FEDERAL DISCRIMINATION
GUIDELINES:
1. It is the policy of LandPlan Consultants, Inc. that all applicants for
employment shall be treated equally in all respects regardless of race, color,
religion, sex, age, national origin, handicap, veteran status, or any other
irrelevant consideration. This policy applies, but it is not limited, to
recruitment, employment, training, promotions, demotions, transfers, layoffs,
terminations, compensation, or employee benefits.
2. LandPlan is pledged to develop and support an environment of affirmative
action toward this policy including affirmative action recruitment of candidates
for positions at all levels. This policy applies to all employees and applicants
for employment.
3. LandPlan Consultants, Inc. strives to provide an educational environment
that affirms the rights and dignity of each individual, fosters diversity, and
encourages a respect for the differences among persons. Discrimination (overt
hostility and/or unequal treatment of individuals based on supposed group
characteristics) or harassment of any kind is inconsistent with the values and
goals of LandPlan.
4. LandPlan Consultants, Inc. is committed to equal opportunity in employment
and education and does not discriminate (treat unequally any individual based on
supposed group characteristics) for any reason, except as provided by law and
permitted by federal statute governing admission to traditionally single-sex
institutions (Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972).
5. LandPlan
complies with nondiscrimination regulations under Title VI and Title VII, Civil

Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967; and other applicable statues.
6. A review of LandPlan's current personnel policies has disclosed that all
such policies apply equally to all employees and that care has been exercised to
insure nondiscrimination on the basis of color, race, religion, sex, age,
national origin or any physical or mental handicaps or status as a disabled
veteran or veteran of the Vietnam Era.
7. All LandPlan Consultants, Inc. job opportunities are available with the
Vice President. These listings are updated periodically and are sent to
appropriate professional organizations for publication
8. There are no positions, which have been deliberately restricted to either
male or female employees.
9. Employees with the same job title receive pay within the salary range
provided for that position with variances based upon education and experience

disability status.
10. The Parental Leave policy at LandPlan Consultants, Inc. provides that,
upon request, employees are entitled to a parental leave of absence, not to
exceed twelve weeks for the birth of a natural child or the adoption of a child

day the adopted child is formally placed in the home. Employees may use
available compensation time, vacation or leave without pay for this period. Sick
leave is strictly limited to those situations clearly falling within the
definition of sick leave.
11. There is no distinction made between male and female employees regarding
age.
